My review about our presentation

It is my first presentation I have presented with a group. It didn't go well because of some reasons. The first reason was that our subject was too large to get ready in a week. Altough we began to get ready earlier than the other groups, our group was the worst group in all groups which got ready for presentation. The another reason was that it was the first experience for each one of us in our group. Thus, we didn't totally know what we would do and which way we would follow.The last reason was that we couldn't create group atmosphere. In my opinion this reason was the most important problem we came across.Even with all these problems, I have learnt how to act while preparing presentation with a group.I have also learnt that each one in the group work must be devoted while working in a group.

    Hi Meryem,

    In your post you touched upon some very important points. The main challenge in collaborative learning is group conflict. You need to learn to work together. In your groups, you not only learn academic subject matter (task work) but also interpersonal and small group skills (teamwork). Thus, you must know how to provide effective leadership, decision-making, trust-building, and communication. I am sure you’ll get used to working in groups and make better presentations. By the way, your presentation was not very bad. I am sure in time you’ll improve yourself.

    I agree with Gülsen teacher. She says right things always. You shouldn't blame yourself because of this situation.
